Colorado is one of my most favorite places. Perris Benegas and I decided to take a weekend trip to shoot photos and film a little video. We had some set backs so we were only able to get in a day of filming. The first day my bike didn't arrive until the midnight. The second day I had to do a few hours of homework, we stopped by Pusher BMX for a little bit and hung out while Clay built a fresh wheel up for me. After that we were...

For my final project in my Media Editing class at ASU, we were given the option to choose from three questions and then create a piece of media of whatever medium that speaks to us the most. The question I chose was - "What does it mean to be a _______ personality? (Insert your own Meyers-Briggs personality type here). Think of this as describing a personality type through media. Please be creative and think deeper than a collage/barrage of visual elements." I chose to create a video that highlighted some...

This past summer I had the amazing opportunity to ride in shows at the Calgary Stampede with Keith Sayers, Heath Frisby, Cody Elkins, Josh Hult, and Darcy Peters. We did 3-4 shows a day for two weeks. I was in two summer school classes so in between shows I was doing calculus and psychology homework :\ I had the opportunity to chat with Steve Jenkinson for an interview for the Calgary Herald. (You can read it HERE) Threw a bunch of flips, bent my wheel, ate a burger called the vortex, ripped...

For my media editing class we had to create a Zack King Vine inspired video, it was time sensitive so I didn't have much time to throw this together. I wish I would have filmed myself taking my bike apart as fast as I could because it didn't really go as I planned it to haha, the chain breaker I had was stripped, I didn't get to cut my forks for the video, I forgot to order new bearings and my old ones were basically sealed to my old frame...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I finally have some spare time to catch up on a bunch of posts I've been wanting to get up! Here's some photos from the Toronto X Jam back in March. Every year I fly home to Buffalo for this contest. From Buffalo I like to drive up to Toronto since it's only a two hour drive. I love love love stopping at Niagara Falls, especially during the winter! ...

Nick Jones has a gallery up on the DIG site right now of his recent trip to Phoenix. Here is a photo we shot in Scottsdale, AZ in our friends backyard pool. This pool is very unique, it's really tight and difficult but fun to ride! "Sleeping on a couch for four months probably isn’t something the average person would be into but for me, or anyone else that rides, it’s always worth it, especially if it means dodging the East Coast winter. When the first two snowstorms hit I slowly...
